Yango Driver Training & Workshops in Kathmandu
Yango Driver Training & Workshops in Kathmandu
Better-trained drivers get better ratings, fewer accidents and more rides. InnoHub runs a hands-on training session every week for new and existing Yango drivers in Kathmandu. Each session lasts 2 to 3 hours.
What we cover
- Road safety and defensive riding: traffic rules, helmet and passenger safety, monsoon riding.
- Yango Pro app: going online, accepting rides, navigation, surge zones, priority level.
- Customer service: greeting passengers, route choice, handling complaints, keeping ratings high.
- Earnings: how fares work, reading your payout statement, the new tax rules.
- After an accident: what to do on the spot and how insurance claims work.
Road safety with Nepal Traffic Police
In July 2026, Yango Ride and Nepal Traffic Police ran a road-safety programme for new riders. InnoHub handed over 200 motorcycles to new riders and distributed helmets and raincoats. Read the coverage in The Himalayan Times.
