Frequently asked questions

Can InnoHub fix a blocked Yango account?

We can check what happened and help you contact Yango. Yango makes the final decision on account status.

I’m registered with another fleet partner. Can you help me?

Yes. You can switch to InnoHub as your fleet partner, and we especially welcome drivers who do.

Is InnoHub the Yango customer service number?

No. We are a Yango fleet partner supporting drivers. Passengers should use Help in the Yango app.

Is there a Yango contact number in Nepal?

There is no Yango head office phone number in Nepal, and no Yango Pro office number either. Yango runs rider support through the Yango Pro app and the email address support@yango.com. No hotline exists, in Nepal or in any other market Yango operates in. If you have been searching for one, that is why you keep finding nothing.

That matters more for a rider than for a passenger. A passenger with a fare dispute can wait two days. A rider whose account goes offline on a Friday evening cannot.

How a rider should contact Yango

Start inside Yango Pro, from the trip itself. Go to your trip history, select the specific ride, then open support from there. The conversation arrives with the route, fare, timestamps and passenger record already attached, which saves several rounds of questions. If the problem is your account rather than a trip — verification, documents, a block — use the support option in the main menu.

Email support@yango.com when you need to attach a document, a bank record or a screenshot, or want a written trail. Put the date, approximate time and route in the first two lines, and write in English.

partners@yango.com is not rider support. It is for business proposals. A trip complaint sent there will be slower, not faster.

What Yango support cannot do

Yango decides what happens inside the app: fares, trip records, account status, passenger reports, bonuses. No fleet partner can overrule that.

But Yango does not sit in Kathmandu. It cannot check whether your insurance paper will pass, explain in Nepali why an upload was rejected, or meet you at Narayan Gopal Chowk to go through your file. That is where InnoHub fits — and it is worth being clear that InnoHub is not Yango. Yango is the app your passengers book through and the platform that pays you. InnoHub gets your papers right, gets your account live, and answers the phone in the evening.

In an emergency, no app comes first

If anyone is injured or you feel unsafe, do not open Yango Pro first. Nepal’s emergency numbers are free and answered 24 hours: Police 100, Ambulance 102, Traffic Support 103, Fire 101. Report in the app afterwards — the trip record will still be there.

Which channel, in what order

  1. Anyone hurt or in danger? Emergency numbers. Nothing else first.
  2. A problem with one trip? Yango Pro, opened from that trip.
  3. Needs a document or a written record? support@yango.com.
  4. Papers, registration, activation, or you want it in Nepali? Call or WhatsApp InnoHub on 985-1445410, 6 AM to 10 PM.
  5. Still nowhere after 48 hours? Bring your phone and documents to the Maharajgunj office.
